Proper Design Co.'s candles are hand poured in small batches in Louisville, Kentucky. We use only eco-friendly ingredients free from toxins, carcinogens, and pollutants.

GIVING BACK IS INTEGRAL TO OUR PHILOSOPHY. TO THAT END, 2% OF SALES ARE DONATED TO CHARITIES DOING GOOD IN THEIR INDUSTRIES.
GIVING BACK
Giving back is a big part of the Proper Design Co. philosophy. 2% of sales are donated quarterly to nonprofit organizations that support issues near and dear to our hearts. In 2023, donations were made to Gilda's Club Kentuckiana and ChooseWell Communities.

a note from our founder
Before I start any task - whether it's preparing for the day, sitting down to work, or cooking dinner - the first thing I do is light a candle + throw on a playlist that fits my mood. It's one of my favorite parts of the day.
These candles are intended to provide you that same immersive experience; all PDCo candles come with a playlist, tailored to each scent, of suggested songs to listen to as your candle burns.
