To provide a luxurious, low-tox experience, we search meticulously for the purest ingredients.
Our wax is free of carcinogens, mutagens, phthalates, and toxins. It’s also cruelty-free, gluten-free, and skin-safe. (This should go without saying, but please don’t touch hot wax!) Our fragrance oils are also free of carcinogens, phthalates, parabens, mutagens, and toxins.
Bottom line – we’re proud to say that PDCo candles are always cruelty-free and formulated without bad-for-you ingredients that just - flat out - don't belong, including: phthalates, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins.
Sustainability Standards
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact wherever we can, consciously collaborating with partners who share our vision and values and sourcing the components used in both our candles and packaging in a sustainable way.
The wax we use is biodegradable, natural, recyclable, and from renewable sources. Our glass containers are made of 30% recycled glass content. Our labels, boxes, and cards are produced using paper stocks made with 30-to-100% FSC-certified post-consumer waste. Our wooden wicks are also sourced from FSC-certified mills.
We purchase void fill only when needed, opting first to reuse any we’ve received inside incoming orders. (Recycled void fill is the only time you’ll ever see plastic in a PDCo order!)
